The Journey
At Greater Western Mechanical, trucks aren’t just machines — they’re a lifelong passion. Growing up surrounded by the transport and heavy-vehicle industry, I developed an early respect for the engines and equipment that keep Australia’s logistics and freight systems moving. From my teenage years, I was hands-on in workshops, learning from seasoned diesel mechanics and discovering the importance of keeping trucks road-ready and reliable.
In 2016, I earned my diesel mechanic qualification and began working across a broad spectrum of equipment — from road trains and trailers to stationary engines and mining generators. Each job sharpened my diagnostic skills, technical precision, and understanding of how vital uptime is for transport businesses, fleet operators, and heavy industry.
By 2023, I recognised a growing need in Western Australia: honest, mobile, and expert-level mechanical services for trucks and heavy machinery. That’s why I launched Greater Western Mechanical — to offer a more reliable solution, focused on accurate diagnostics, high-quality repairs, and efficient, on-site servicing.
Beyond the toolbox, I’m also a proud single father to a beautiful daughter — and the balance of parenting and running a business has only strengthened my drive, discipline, and commitment to doing things properly. Whether on a job site or at home, I believe in working with care, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
